I am Subhadeep Chowdhury, based in Kolkata. For more than ten years I have worked in digital marketing, performance campaigns, SEO, lead generation, and growth strategy, for startups and small businesses. I still lead that work today at Econstra Business Consultants.

A few years ago, AI changed how I work. The wall between having an idea and actually building it quietly came down. To my own surprise, I found I could create the kind of software that used to need a whole engineering team. So I started building, and I have not stopped. Today I build AI-powered tools and custom software for real businesses, from interior design and solar to retail and education, along with a few products of my own. No development team. Just curiosity, the right method, and AI.

Here is the part I care about most. I am not an engineer. My background is in commerce. If someone like me can learn to put AI to real work, almost anyone can. That is not a humble brag. It is the whole reason I teach.

So alongside my marketing work, I help people get genuinely good with AI, students worried about their careers, business owners who think technology is out of reach, and anyone who would rather build with AI than just talk about it. The message is always simple. You do not need to be a techie. You need a method, and I am happy to share mine.
